Driving and Parking

1. From Rockville Pike/Rt. 355 (Hungerford Drive), turn west onto E. Middle Lane, then left at the light onto Maryland Ave; then turn right onto Courthouse Square.  Just before the N. Washington St. intersection, on your right, is the entrance to a parking lot that leads into the 11 N. Washington Street lobby.   The North Washington lot requires payment, but Rockville Town Square has two hours free parking with entrances to surface and underground lots from N. Washington Street and East Middle Lane.  Metered street parking also is available in the area.

2. From 495, Capital Beltway,take 270 North, then take the Falls Road exit. When coming off the exit, proceed straight through the first traffic light onto Maryland Avenue. Turn left at the fourth traffic light onto E. Jefferson Street (Route 28), then right at the first light onto S. Washington Street (which immediately becomes N. Washington Street).  11 N. Washington is in the second block on your right.  The building’s parking lot is entered from Courthouse Square, but you can’t turn right onto Courthouse Square from Washington Street.  To get to the parking entrance, turn right onto E. Middle Lane, then right onto Maryland Ave, then right onto Courthouse Square. Just before the N. 3. From Route 270 South, take the Rockville exit (Route 28/West Montgomery Ave), turn left at the third traffic light onto S. Washington Street (which immediately becomes N. Washington Street).  11 N. Washington is in the second block on your right.  The building’s parking lot is entered from Courthouse Square, but you can’t turn right onto Courthouse Square from Washington Street.  To get to the parking entrance, turn right onto E. Middle Lane, then right onto Maryland Ave, then right onto Courthouse Square. Just before the N. Walking Directions from Rockville Metro:

1. Exit the Rockville Station via the Rockville Center Exit by taking the footbridge/pedestrian ramp over Hungerford Drive (Route 355). The pedestrian ramp ends at Monroe Street.
2. R on Monroe Street, go half a block.
3. L on E. Montgomery Ave (which becomes Courthouse Square), go two blocks.
4. R on  Washington Street to 11 N. Washington entrance.
